At Bike Square, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
