We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page. Generally, size is based on your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
What is the shipping cost for complete bicycles?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all complete bikes within the continental US. All bikes are shipped in oversized, reinforced cartons to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
Does my bike purchase include a warranty?
Yes, all new bikes purchased from Bike Square come with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
